What You'll Be Doing :

Apply your academic background to support environmental and sustainability initiatives across the Southwest Regions Aggregate, Ready-mix, and Stabilized Sand operations.

Assist with environmental monitoring, sustainability reporting and planning, and reclamation projects.

Support environmental engineers and land managers in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Participate in site inspections, audits, and data collection related to air, water, and land resources.

Contribute to sustainability efforts, including habitat restoration and community engagement.

Learn about permitting processes, environmental reporting, and land stewardship practices.

Promote and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What Are We Looking For :

Current juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Natural Resources, or a related field.

Passion for environmental protection, sustainability, and responsible land use.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Work Environment :

Combination of office and field work.

Exposure to various weather conditions and industrial environments.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Physical requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed.
