Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? Our Crop Insurance division is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Agents, ASRs, and Director of Processing.

Your Impact :

• Process all incoming / outgoing paperwork from both local and remote agents.
• Maintain electronic and physical client files from year to year.
• Accurately enter and submit policy data in multiple systems, always meeting deadlines.
• Support printing and mailing projects with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with AIP document requirements.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with agents, assistants, and AIP contacts.
• Build your knowledge of crop insurance procedures and regulations.
