Location : Elkhart, IN (onsite, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday)

Overview of the Customer Service Representative role :

Assist clients with updating account details, including email addresses and credit card information for payments.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve account-related questions to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of all customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative role :

1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.

Must have prior CRM system experience for managing and tracking customer interactions.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to maintain a professional, customer-first approach.

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable with computer systems and able to update client records quickly and accurately.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $43K-$49K annually (equivalent to $22 / hour).
