Human Resources Payroll (Austin)

SNI Companies has partnered with a large organization in Austin, TX that is seeking a Payroll / HR Generalist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrating bi-weekly payroll and company benefits while providing overall support to the HR team.

Breakdown of Responsibilities :

50% Payroll / Benefits

• Process a multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now :
• Preparing GL reports for AP and Treasury to ensure proper cost allocation and funding
• Preparing funding reports to allocate benefit contributions
• Maintain benefit policies, enrollments, changes, terminations, reconciling the invoices and submitting for payment
