Handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring each customer's needs are addressed effectively.

Process and manage order entries with accuracy and attention to detail.

Utilize basic office equipment and software to support daily operations.

Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions and following through to completion.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Uphold company standards for quality and detail-oriented communication.

Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer trends.

Requirements :

Experience in call center customer service, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software.

Strong skills in order entry and data management.

Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
