A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to provide analytical and process support to the Global Compensation function in Corporate Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy of employee data and conduct research for compensation program administration
Perform job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and ensure compliance with global pay practices
Act as a main contact for day-to-day compensation matters and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a similar field; certifications in compensation preferred
Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and Human Resources processes required
Previous experience with the compensation function at a global public company preferred
Above average analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential data
