Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for communicating between shifts, conducting daily walkthroughs to identify facility needs, meeting with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, and installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems. Your ability to respond promptly to breakdown calls and log maintenance tasks will be crucial to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively between shifts and within the maintenance team.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess facility needs such as compressors and HVAC systems.
• Meet with production teams to discuss maintenance requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems.
• Respond immediately to breakdown calls for reactive or corrective maintenance.
• Complete and log all paperwork related to maintenance tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.25 / hr.
