What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help
• Accurately log key customer information that will ensure life-saving services are delivered promptly & to the right place
• Provide exceptional customer service for billing, account updates, cancellations, and more
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product setup with patience and clarity
• Respond promptly to alarm signals and account inquiries, ensuring smooth service delivery
• Collaborate with your team to onboard and train new hires, sharing your knowledge and expertise
