Annual salary range noted above based on experience and qualifications. Employees in this role are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, up to 10% of their base salary, dependent on both individual performance and company financial results.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a Superintendent who is ready to take their career to the next level. Do you know about project management best practices, establishing budgets, and innovating through construction technology - specifically in a Mission Critical construction environment? Great. Are you someone with a go-getter attitude who can assume responsibility and communicate effectively with your team, partners, and clients? Even better.

What will I do as a Superintendent?

Our Superintendents are the foundation of our Field Operations team. In tandem with Operations, you’ll be responsible for managing onsite activities, including the assurance of timely and safe completion, adherence with the contract documents, and observance of project budgets. Our Superintendents are also the standard of professionalism, developing and maintaining working relationships with the owner, architect, and all other related project participants. We are looking for someone with experience building data centers to join our Mission Critical market.
