We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to lead and manage civil engineering projects of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects and will demonstrate strong technical, leadership, and client relationship skills. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure by comity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and direct civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Deliver innovative, practical, and timely engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. and local design codes, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Must-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree a plus).Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or eligible for licensure by comity (company covers exam cost if needed).Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.Experience in site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects .Nice-to-Have :
