Information Technology Service Delivery Coordinator

Location : Lenexa, KS (on-site with potential for hybrid considerations)

Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Coordinator to manage and support workplace IT services across North America including IT support for end-users and managing hardware lifecycle, collaboration tools, office infrastructure, and Service Desk operations, as well as helping establish best practices, documentation frameworks, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery : Oversee day-to-day support for devices, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune), and office hardware (e.g., printers, A / V); ensure service levels and performance targets are met; contribute to modern workplace initiatives and local IT team efforts.
• Procurement & Asset Management : Coordinate IT equipment procurement and maintain inventory; maintain documentation of IT assets and processes.
• Projects & Change Management : Lead or assist with IT projects (e.g., office moves, upgrades); manage service changes to minimize user disruptions; ensure timely on-budget project delivery and clear communication.
• Governance & Compliance : Provide reports on service metrics and improvements; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, GxP); maintain the Knowledgebase and process documentation.

This is a 3-month Contract opportunity with our Lenexa, KS client.
