Purpose :
Efficiently manage various administrative tasks while supporting the Operations Team. The position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all patient and attorney interactions and case management duties are handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The Administrative Manager role is to provide operational leadership and administrative support to ensure the smooth, efficient, and organized functioning of the operations team. This position oversees daily office administration, supports cross-departmental coordination, and implements systems that improve productivity, communication, and overall team effectiveness.
Role and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple offices within the assigned region
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop office managers and staff to ensure high performance
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with Ethos Health Group’s mission and core values
Works with Office Managers to coordinate time off and coverage
Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and share best practices
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
Superb organizational skills
Time management skills

Strong operational skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
5+ years of management experience is preferred
