A top media and entertainment company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive smooth, efficient hiring processes. From posting jobs and scheduling interviews to managing offers and onboarding. This role is key to delivering a great candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the organization.
Responsibilities
Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and logistics
Assist with applicant tracking system (Workday) maintenance and ensure data accuracy
Liaise between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and process flow
Draft and manage job postings across multiple platforms
Prepare recruitment reports and assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition projects
Help manage the offer process, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members at all levels
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in media and entertainment is a plus
