Job details

Permanent Project Manager to oversee healthcare and commercial construction projects from start to finish, including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and renovations. Focus on healthcare construction and behavioral health environments. Based in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare and commercial construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Manage budgeting and financial aspects to ensure work remains within budget.
• Supervise ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and renovations.
• Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction workers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Address issues or delays and devise solutions to overcome challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
