A truly family-feeling, service-oriented, national food packaging company seeks a Production / Sanitation Supervisor for the 3rd shift. One who can communicate effectively, lead by example, and train employees in a fast-paced work environment will be successful in this role. Qualified Professionals must possess :

• Prior, but recent, experience supervising production hourly employees for a minimum of three years in a manufacturing environment
• Prior, but recent, experience working within a food, beverage, consumer product, or packaging manufacturing setting
• Proven track record of leading a team in minimizing overtime, improving efficiencies, reducing operating costs, and minimizing waste, while enforcing compliance with all safety rules
• Experience in plant sanitation procedures within an FDA-regulated setting
• College degree required
• One must be able to work 9-hour shifts on the 3rd shift, M-F, with an occasional Saturday
• State-of-the-art packaging facility, high-speed

Competitive salary, up to $84,000 / year, benefits, and relocation assistance.
