A company is looking for a Junior Instructional Designer / eLearning Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging, competency-based training materials using rapid eLearning authoring tools
Consult with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to support learning objectives
Manage and develop the existing Learning Management System (LMS) and promote online content
Required Qualifications
Expert knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline, and Litmos
2+ years of experience in developing corporate e-Learning
1+ year of training experience in a virtual contact center environment preferred
Proficiency in HTML 5, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred
Familiarity with SCORM standards and multimedia formats used in eLearning development
