General Summary :
The Organizational Development Consultant Intermediate is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of learning and development programs for all new and existing employees at all levels within the organization. This position collaborates with the Organizational Development Specialist to support leaders in designing and facilitating learning for all departments across the organization. Key responsibilities include coordination of training sessions, identifying training needs for the organization, and effectively presenting identified training to provide employees with knowledge necessary to excel in their current and future roles.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or closely related field required, Masters preferred.Applied knowledge of training theories and methods.Experience in LMS administration eLearning authoring tools like (Lectora, Articulate).Experience in applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.Experience with process improvement methods.Experience with customer service methods.Experience with team oriented management practices.Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Create course content and learning activities e-learning and instructor led.Participate in the design and delivery of talent management development initiatives.Identifies skill gaps in the organization and develops learning solutions based upon the needs of the organization.Designs and implements organizational development initiatives aimed at maximizing employee engagement and performance.Enhance Organizational performance through learning and development activities.Designs course content, using information gained from requesting party needs assessment.Must be able to deliver effective presentations and classroom facilitation to groups of all sizes.Design, coordinate and deliver development courses as they relate to the organization's objectives and strategies.Assists with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).Maintains curriculum content library.Participate on committees, project teams, or other special assignments as needed.Oversees and facilitates General Orientation for employees and contracted staff to meet the requirements of HFAP.Performs other duties as assigned. These may include but are not limited to : Maintaining a current knowledge base of department processes, protocols and procedures, pursuing self-directed learning and continuing education opportunities, and participating on committees, task forces, and work groups as determined by management.
