Role Overview :
As a Partnerships Associate, you'll play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business partnerships to drive revenue in Insert Media. Working closely with the local and global teams, you'll be responsible for building relationships with Retailers, presenting our products, and managing the Retailers pipeline. This role combines outreach, relationship management, and strategic partnership building, making it an excellent fit for someone passionate about business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with major Retailers, Ecommerce business, among others
- Continually broaden our Retailers database
- Establish standardized SLAs with these partner entities
- Analyze and communicate the logistical nuances of each Retailers, including delivery timelines, procedures, insert capacity, and their audience demographics
- Collaborate with the data team to devise a model that allows Oppizi to pilot this new business initiative. Once the venture is affirmed, assist the Product team in understanding the core elements of this new business, ensuring software development is tailored to client needs
Lead Generation & Outreach :
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and companies that align with Oppizi's goalsBuild and manage a pipeline of new leads through tools like Upleads, Clay, and HubSpotPerform cold outreach and create effective lead sequences to initiate contact with potential partnersClient Engagement & Relationship Building :
Conduct product demos to showcase the value of Oppizi's solutions to decision-makersDevelop tailored presentations and pitches for prospective partners, focusing on their specific needs and opportunities for collaborationManage and nurture long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and identifying growth opportunitiesCollaboration & Strategy :
Work alongside the marketing, product, and regional management teams to align partnership initiatives with company goalsShare market insights and feedback from partners to help guide product improvements and strategic adjustmentsPerformance Tracking & Reporting :
Track and monitor lead activity using CRM tools like HubSpot, ensuring accurate records and smooth pipeline managementMeet monthly KPIs, including 250 outbound calls and 10 meetings with prospective partnersReport regularly on pipeline progress, market insights, and partnership performance to country managersRequirements
Experience : 1-3 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within tech, advertising, or software industriesTechnical Skills : Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lead-generation platforms (e.g., Upleads, Clay)Presentation Skills : Experience conducting product demos, presentations, and pitching to senior stakeholdersAnalytical Abilities : Capable of researching market trends and identifying potential partnership opportunitiesSoft Skills :
