A company is looking for a Director, Benefits who will lead the design and management of employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a benefits strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide financial oversight for benefits programs, including budgeting and cost analysis
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and plan design
Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
