What you’ll do as an IT Business Analyst :

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions at IP Corporation. This role will work closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support efficiency, innovation, and growth across the organization.

What you can expect to do as an IT Business Analyst :

• Business Process Improvement :

Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, cost savings, and improved service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements for IT system enhancements, ERP initiatives, and process changes.

Analyze key business data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Assist in managing cross-functional projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting.

The annual salary range below is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Transparency Range

$90,000.00 — $110,000.00 USD
