Groundworks is seeking a talented Call Center Manager to join our tribe in Irving, TX!

The Call Center Manager oversees a team of about 20-25 Appointment Center Specialists in a fast-paced call center environment. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and driving KPI's by reviewing agent calls and coaching when necessary. You will inspire and motivate your team to drive growth and success that directly relates to our bottom line.

Appointment Center Specialists are responsible for creating a positive first impression with potential customers as we strive to earn their business. They drive the business by scheduling free inspection appointments for our foundation repair services.

The Call Center Manager will earn a base salary + be eligible for monthly bonus programs based on the department's success!

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 20-25 call center agents
• Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
