We are looking for a dedicated Client Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Readington Township, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring seamless appointment scheduling and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the point of contact between company and client during the scheduling process.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and send follow-up emails to secure appointments.
- Manage appointment-setting processes that accommodate client and internal partner needs.
- Proactively communicate updates, needs, and concerns both internally and externally.
- Respond to inquiries within a 24-hour time frame.
Skills and Qualifications
Great verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.Proficiency in using Outlook to manage multiple calendars.Strong data entry skills, particularly in Excel. (used for tracking data, not required to make formulas)Minimum of a high school diploma or GED2–4 years of relevant customer service experience.
