Business Systems Analyst (Nashville)

Insight Global is partnering with a Healthcare Start-Up based out of Nashville, TN who is looking for a Business Systems Analyst. This individual can sit remotely and requires to have strong experience within the Healthcare industry, specifically dealing with CMS and / or Payer data feeds. This individual must have experience with the data integration / ingestion portion, working on projects that deals with partnering with clients / vendors to define data feed exchange specifications, validate inbound feeds, provide feedback on data quality, and coordinate with cross-function teams to provide technical requirements to stage, transform, and integrate data feeds into Snowflake for analytics consumption. This position is a 6-month contract-to-hire that will convert and can pay $55-65 / HR with a conversion salary of $120-135K.

Bachelor's Degree

7-10 years of BSA experience, with predominant experience within Healthcare

Strong healthcare domain expertise and data integration experience is essential.

Hands-on data integration experience with CMS and / or Payer data feeds, including Medical Claims, Eligibility, Rx Claims, Provider, MMR, and Quality Care Gap data.

Advanced SQL proficiency, with demonstrated experience in data analysis, visualization, validation, profiling, and cleansing.

4Proven experience with Business Analyst deliverables, such as conducting JAD sessions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, gathering requirements (User Stories / BRDs), creating source-to-target mapping documents, maintaining data validation issue logs, and developing workflow diagrams and system specifications.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate, illustrate, and quantify data analysis and validation findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
