Location : Lockport, IL, 60441

Grade Level : 2nd–3rd grade

Start Date / End Date : November 20th – March 6th (with possibility of starting earlier in October for cross-training)

Schedule : 8 : 30am – 3 : 30pm (includes lunch)

Hours per Week : 35 hours / week (7 hours / day)

Salary Range : $47.07 – $56.82 / hour

About the Opportunity :

AnthroMed Education is excited to partner with a supportive elementary school in Lockport, IL to welcome a School Social Worker to their team. This assignment is to provide coverage for an FMLA leave, with an estimated duration from November 20th through March 6th. The district is highly supportive, and strong student attendance within the building makes this a meaningful opportunity to engage and impact students consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct and small group social work services for 2nd and 3rd grade students (with one 4th grade student)
• Support students with MTSS and social-emotional learning tasks
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and administration to support student well-being
• Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
