We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Support Manager to lead strategic relationships with purchasing organizations and buying consortiums across multiple business units. This role is pivotal in empowering field sales teams and external networks to maximize the value of negotiated agreements. Additionally, the position will champion CRM platform adoption and integration to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage strong partnerships with GPOs and buying consortiums.
- Lead RFP negotiations and agreement management to unlock business opportunities.
- Monitor agreement performance and ensure compliance.
- Provide tools and resources to drive adoption and success.
- Act as the subject matter expert on GPO processes and benefits.
- Drive CRM platform usage and compliance across business units.
- Support CRM integration with ERP systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Oversee inventory sales management to align with sales and working capital goals.
- Partner with operations and sales to optimize inventory usage and reduce slow-moving stock.
- Coordinate with leadership across sales, operations, and IT to align priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate and field teams for program execution.
- Track sales performance and develop reporting tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define KPIs for trade shows and measure ROI.
- Travel up to 25%-30%.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in B2B sales support and training, ideally with long sales cycles and technical products.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and training.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Salary Range : $85,000-$95,000
