Job Description
As an Employee Relations Generalist in the Advice & Counsel Center, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to employees and management on various HR and legal matters. You will be a key point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role serves as a trusted resource within the organization, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking advice, guidance, or information on HR-related matters, including but not limited to benefits, policies, and workplace concerns
Interpret and communicate company policies, procedures, and applicable laws to ensure employees' understanding and adherence
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts, disputes, or concerns, promoting fair and consistent resolution processes
Collaborate with the legal department to provide preliminary support in employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance efforts
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee interactions and cases
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and informational sessions for employees and managers
