Job Description

One of our favorite clients in the manufacturing space is looking to add a Human Resources Specialist to their team near Elgin. This company manufactures a very cool product and has a phenomenal staff in every department. The Human Resources Specialist will report directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for a variety of different functions. Please read below for more details!

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR related issues and inquiries
  • Assist with coordinating meetings, HR trainings, and onboarding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employee records and office functions
  • Help create company-wide initiatives to help with employee retention and engagement
  • Assist with Admin duties as needed

Requirements :

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree-a plus, not a must
  • 1+ years of HR related experience
  • This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week
