Key Responsibilities
Assess manager skill gaps and propose learning strategies aligned with business priorities
Support performance and talent management processes, ensuring smooth execution and tracking of success metrics
Lead program planning and execution for talent initiatives, maintaining consistent tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, or related roles
Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record
Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles
Experience with HR systems and data analysis tools
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in employee experience and learning design
