    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In-home consultations with customers to provide estimates and solutions for Whole-home re-wires, Electrical service changes, Generator installations & More complex residential electrical needs
  • Following Cardinal's proven sales process to build trust and offer tailored options
  • Clearly communicating technical solutions in a way homeowners understand
  • Working closely with our install and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

    • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
  • Experience in estimating electrical projects (field or sales background)
  • A passion for educating customers - not pressuring them
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, CRM notes, and estimates
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Electrical license NOT required - but a strong understanding of the work absolutely is.
