A company is looking for a Finance Manager who will contribute to the success of its mission by providing strategic financial oversight and hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and coordinate annual audits
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for grant management and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred
7+ years of nonprofit fund accounting experience, including annual financial audits
Minimum of 2 years in the CDFI industry with experience in microlending
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office applications
Experience working remotely and a willingness to learn best practices in accounting
