Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team in Roseville, MN. This role is focused on providing excellent customer support through inbound calls, troubleshooting product issues, and scheduling service appointments.Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls from clients seeking service for company products.Troubleshoot issues and schedule service technician visits.Log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.Perform data entry and basic invoicing using Excel.Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications : 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)High School Diploma or equivalentStrong multitasking and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnExperience in scheduling or help desk supportFamiliarity with Excel and CRM systemsWork Environment : Casual and supportive office setting with a retail showroomTeam of 10 in Customer Service, divided into Building, Retail, and Service divisionsBusiness casual dress codeFriendly management and collaborative team culturePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
