Are you a skilled veterinarian ready to lead a passionate small animal practice? Look no further! For nearly 60 years, our clinic has been a trusted provider of pet care in Edmonds, WA, and we’re excited to welcome a talented veterinarian to our DVM team.

As our Medical Director , you’ll take the reins of a close-knit practice serving pets from Edmonds, Woodway, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, and beyond. With the current Medical Director planning his departure, you’ll have the unique opportunity to step into an established clinic with a loyal client base . This is your chance to build on our strengths, elevate our services, and inspire new business ideas!

What We’re Looking For :

  • Culture-driven mindset
  • 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring
  • Confidence in small animal medicine (experience with pocket pets is a plus!)
  • A veterinarian who trusts their technician team (we have multiple LVTs)
  • Leadership experience is a bonus!

Your Role :

As our managing veterinarian, you’ll play a pivotal role in building out our services and overseeing all policies and procedures. Your leadership will ensure our hospital exceeds expectations and maintains the highest medical standards.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (4-10s or 5-8s), with NO weekend, emergency, or on-call hours!
