Job Description
Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to represent the client in the execution of a landmark seismic strengthening project for an iconic 52-story high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site role is integrated within the Client's Project Delivery Team.
This is a highly visible and complex assignment involving phased construction in an occupied high-rise building, utilizing a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method.

The salary range for this full-time role is $150k-$195k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
