Account Executive For Ally Auto Finance
An Account Executive for Ally Auto Finance acts as a field sales representative, promoting the full breadth of Ally's auto finance products and services to dealerships and equipping them with the tools necessary to grow their business and support their customers. They identify, pursue, and maximize business opportunities within their local market and create solid working relationships with existing and new dealers.
The role requires residing in, or being willing to relocate to, the Greater Binghamton, NY, Elmira, NY or surrounding areas requiring local travel throughout the surrounding NY Southern Tier sales market, Jamestown to Oneonta, requiring approximately four overnights per month. Company vehicle provided.
The work itself includes managing the full sales lifecycle for Ally's auto finance product offerings and acting as a singular point-of-contact for existing and new dealerships in a designated market. Demonstrating thorough knowledge of all Ally's auto finance products, plans, and programs such as floorplan financing, Dealer Products & Services, and SmartAuction. Marketing and promoting the full breadth of Ally's products and services including commercial banking products. Communicating and liaising with designated Consumer Underwriters and peer Account Executives across Ally Auto and Insurance. Coordinating with key product specialists on the team to provide assistance, training, and consultative services to all assigned dealers. Managing risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant.
The skills you bring include three or more years of experience required, experience in a dealer-interfacing role within the auto finance space required. Ability to leverage industry expertise and relationships to contribute to business strategy and drive profitability. Full sales lifecycle experience with a strong foundation in business management, analytics, presentation, and relationship selling skills. Active problem solver with an aptitude for managing conflicting priorities. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.
