We are searching for a driven, outgoing Territory Sales Manager to support our Google client who is ready to make their mark and grow fastwith a supportive, innovative company that invests in your future. Compensation and perks include a base salary of $55,000 plus bonus potential, career development, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include being the go-to expert across your territory, driving sales in assigned territory to meet or exceed targets, monitoring sales performance metrics and projecting future revenue trends, staying informed about competitors and customer preferences to tailor sales approach, leading product trainings that inspire teamsfrom quick chats to full-on team sessions, in-store and online, building real relationships with store leaders and associates, making strategic moves to boost sales and market share, keeping store displays fresh, clean, and irresistible, and representing the brand with energy and integrity every single day.

Qualifications include having a knack for connecting with people and love working in fast-paced retail or sales environments, being confident leading trainings and events, in-person and virtually, being able to flex between data, strategy, and big picture thinking, being organized, initiative-taking, and always up for a challenge, wanting to turn this into the first step in a long, exciting career, and experience in sales, customer service, or retailespecially if you've ever led a team.
