Founding People Operations Manager
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, systems-minded operator with an eye for design to own and scale People Ops at Hadrius. You'll be a core part of the engine that keeps the company running smoothly, enabling everyone to move faster, attract top talent and focus on growth.
You'll have four core responsibilities :
- Manage all office operations
Acquire new office space and develop it so everyone can do their best work
Manage office lease and vendors (IT, cleaners, building management, etc.)Order snacks, beverages and organize mealsRecruiting coordinatorHelp coordinate candidate interviews and communication to keep a tight process
Manage the interview lifecycle for candidates that come onsiteBuild and nurture company cultureCodify and document company values, working norms, and people processes
Launch culture-building initiatives like events and onboarding ritualsBe a trusted team advocate and cultural barometerOwn HR admin & people opsOversee payroll, onboardings, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace policiesHelp manage vendor relationships (e.g., HRIS, PEO, benefits providers)We pride ourselves on having a culture that rewards impact and success generously. Take the reins of our HRIS platform (Rippling) and ongoing office projectsFirst month :
Begin transforming the office into a space where folks are excited to show up and do their best workOperationalize our HR processes and ensure all new hires have smooth onboarding experiencesStand up dashboards and reporting to give leadership real-time visibility into HR metricsFirst 3 months & beyond :
