Industrial Electrician

They tackle a variety of challenges, from installing and maintaining equipment to troubleshooting complex problems and executing preventive and predictive maintenance plans . They think fast on their feet, are self-directed problem-solvers, and collaborate effectively to ensure minimal downtime . Here, you'll wear many hats, play a vital role in maximizing uptime, and never get bored !
Weekly Schedule : 1st Shift! Work Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm

What you will do :
As an Electromechanical Technician, you’ll help keep the plant running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical systems. You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor with a strong team with you. You follow safety and quality standards to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues
Work with hydraulic systems
Keep track of parts and tools
Check that parts meet required specs
Make sure all equipment is safe to use
Fill out maintenance records and reports
Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Help train new technicians
Join teams to improve processes and reduce costs
What you'll need :
Technical degree in a related field, a journeyman’s card, or 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical / mechanical maintenance
Read and interpret technical documents
Use electrical / mechanical testing and precision measuring tools
Operate hand and power tools
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with welding and torch equipment
Clear, effective communication with a focus on teamwork and customer service
Nice to haves :
Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs and Drives
Skilled in AC / DC motor maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Industry certifications are a plus
