Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be a self-motivated financial leader who can take responsibility for the company's financial planning and analysis functions and support the company's growth. This person must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling month-end financials and long-range business plans. This people-leader position is responsible for leading the financial reporting activities and will maintain and enhance the procedures, processes and systems to enable us to meet operational and reporting requirements as we scale.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial reporting and support leadership with thoughtful analyses and advice. This role is critical to ensuring financial discipline and operational excellence across a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS business with U.S. and international operations. You'll be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial reporting, while also helping drive strategic growth through detailed financial analysis, planning, and forecasting, and supporting our product line profitability reporting.

What You'll Do

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Operations : Oversee and lead the Company's budgeting and forecasting functions, participate in strategic planning, prepare monthly reporting packages, prepare monthly SaaS metrics reporting, prepare variance analyses, prepare business cases, conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects, and other tasks as assigned.
• Drive Strategic FP&A : Build and manage the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process. Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with business objectives. Build a process that scales with Company growth.
• Performance Leadership : Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team to meet strategic, financial, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure Timeliness & Accuracy : Deliver timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with Company deadlines.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's experience, qualifications and location.
