Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves collaborating with the leader to set restaurant goals and creating a plan to achieve them. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helps them set goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching and direction to improve departments. The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
To meet restaurant goals, you will lead a team of managers and ensure effective operations across all departments to drive performance.
Qualifications / Requirements
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
