Title : Word Processor / Legal Admin Assistant

Base pay range
$50,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 with additional OT and Bonus
Responsibilities
- Backup for Legal Secretary staff
- Create Client Binders for executed trust and estate documents
- Prepare documents as needed
- Draft, revise and finalize will, trusts and other trust and estate documents and letters
- Manage email attachments appropriately as requested
- Document formatting and scanning
- Photocopy and preparation of correspondence for mailing (i.e., Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, UPS, and FedEx, etc.)
- Maintenance of desk files and timely client document filing
- Serve as witness at client signing
- Backup for Receptionist as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED requiredDegree in business administration preferredTwo (2) or more years of Word Processor experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and AdobeExceptional organization skills and attention to detailsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to prioritize, multitask effectively and manage time effectivelyOvertime only when requested by the attorney.Seniority level
