Key Responsibilities

Own and execute a comprehensive content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

Create original, scroll-stopping content aligned with the client’s brand identity and storytelling goals

Manage day-to-day social media operations including content production, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics monthly with actionable insights and optimization strategies

Qualifications

2 - 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the lifestyle or family content space

Proven track record of building audiences and increasing engagement across multiple platforms

Strong content creation chops, including video editing and photography

Deep knowledge of lifestyle content trends, internet culture, and platform algorithms

Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Hootsuite)

Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making

Strong writing skills with an eye for brand tone and voice

Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management abilities

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changing priorities
