The Director of Partner Services will lead Big Think Media’s Partner Services team to ensure seamless execution across all partnerships.
This role will collaborate cross-functionally to oversee project output, refine processes for sponsored content, and optimize operations.
As the primary liaison for key partners, the Director will manage day-to-day communications, uphold exceptional client service, and support in fostering long-term, profitable relationships. What You’ll Do Client Services Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and serve as the primary point of contact for Big Think Media partnerships Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle Deliver best-in-class service to drive renewals and increase project profitability Partner with the social team to ensure each project meets client objectives and KPIs Report on key performance metrics and develop wrap reports to identify upsell and renewal opportunities Project Management Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery Liaise with creative teams to track deadlines for deliverables, feedback, and launches Lead cross-functional communication to ensure teams have the most up-to-date project information Leadership Oversee the Partner Services team to ensure smooth operations and empower team members to excel Provide day-to-day support on project needs Monitor performance and provide feedback to drive growth and continuous improvement Operations Develop scalable processes for new partnership products and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional leads to refine internal workflows, streamline operations, and ensure flawless execution What You’ll Need 4–6 years of experience in a client services role Experience leading and developing a team Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across partners, internal teams, and senior management Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships Strong organizational and project management skills Solid understanding of digital media and video production workflows What You’ll Get :
