A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and resolution on complex employee matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution
Lead formal investigations regarding workplace concerns and present findings for remediation
Maintain a case management system and produce metrics on case data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field
3-5 years of direct experience in Employee Relations
Strong skills in Excel and data analytics
Solid knowledge of employee relations principles and applicable labor laws
Experience managing a full caseload independently in a contract or consulting capacity
