Senior Manager, Capital Market Operations
The main purpose of this job is to have oversight over Capital Market operations within Bank Operations. This position will ensure, by working through its direct reports, that daily operational activities, reporting, supervision and coaching of employees are occurring with high quality and according to established guidelines, procedures, and industry regulations.
Essential Functions :
- Manage performance of assigned business units - assuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective service is consistently delivered to internal and external customers and is within regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with vendors to implement system releases and upgrades, conduct enhancement testing, and resolve day to day operational issues
- Initiate, plan, and facilitate projects that drive continuous improvement within business units, ensuring all initiatives are strategically aligned and effectively executed
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and manage department workflow with guidance on departmental projects / issues, and provide coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report's individual needs
- Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations and disciplinary action as required
- Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members effectively.
- Support budget management, planning and expenditure
- Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Management required or equivalent combination of education and experience required8+ years Capital Markets Operations experience4+ years leadership / supervisory experience requiredCapital Market Certifications preferred (Series 62, 63)Compensation Range : Annual Salary : $91,000.00 - $107,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
