The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for facilitating and coordinating all services to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the company and Management Team Members. Primary responsibilities are assigned by the Customer Relations Manager, and the role involves proactively ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Work Environment
The position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM. The employee will occasionally work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, ambient air, fumes, or airborne particles. The company is currently growing and creating opportunities for career development, having recently moved to a brand new facility in Allendale, NJ.

This is a Permanent position based out of Allendale, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60320.00 / yr.
