Senior Superintendent Commercial Indianapolis

We are a mid sized General Contractor looking for a Superintendent to work hand in hand with our repeat clients. We have close relationships with those we continuously build for and looking for a Superintendent who can effectively manage that relationship with good communication skills and attention to schedule and detail. We have strong training for our Superintendents and an established support team for this candidate to join.

Job Description

On site project management, effective management of commercial projects, budget and time management, communicate with clients and subcontractors, subcontractor management, communicate with office personal, scheduling, relationship management, projects in and around Indianapolis.

The Successful Applicant

At least 10 years of experience with commercial construction projects, ground up or renovation experience, good communication skills, ability to manage clients, positive attitude, ability to work as a team, positive subcontractor relationships, can-do attitude.
