The Director of Procurement will drive supply chain partner growth by developing Direct deal strategies and leveraging third-party contracts to expand the Buyer's Edge portfolio. This role focuses on building relationships, meeting revenue targets, coordinating BEP Brands purchases for maximum impact, and advancing the expansion of Direct deals and tiered programs.

We value the impact and connection that come from regular in-person collaboration. While the ideal candidate can work from our Waltham, MA or Lake Worth, FL offices with anticipated travel up to 30%, we are also accepting applications from remote candidates who are not located within a reasonable commuting distance. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact :

• Negotiating supplier agreements that deliver value to BEP Customers
• Utilize product knowledge to ensure competitive pricing and contracts from suppliers
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure compliance with agreement terms and conditions and to strategize new opportunities to deliver value to the organization.
• Continuously evaluating and improving procurement practices, with a focus on sourcing; budgeting and forecasting supply chain revenue; analysis of spending to identify opportunities in non-contracted areas; and ensuring a strategic sourcing process for assigned categories.
• Support integration of companies into the organization after acquisition.
• Coordinate Manufacturer Strategy Sessions
• Develop strategies to convert Manufacturer direct contracts to BEP contracts.
• Effectively communicate, manage, and track conversion opportunity activity results by consistently updating all sales reporting tools, according to required timelines.
• Ensure regular Manufacturer and distributor Business Reviews are held
• Engage with the supply chain team in Europe to support Global contracting
• Support the increase of product coverage on contracts.
