About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to recommend the right products or services that meet their needs.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural ability to build trust, and is excited by the opportunity to grow with a company that values both customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions
- Handle inquiries related to pricing and general information
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services
