Position Summary

Mill Creek Machining (MCM) is seeking a  CNC Programming Engineer  for our  Paullina, IA  location . The CNC Programming Engineer   has day-to-day duties that include planning and applying the practices of manufacturing to research and develop tools, processes, machines, and equipment. This role also integrates the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure and emphasis on continuous improvement and cost reduction. • This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm. The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience
