Lead all core HR operations functions, including weekly payroll, benefits administration, and leave managementManage and enhance Paylocity systems and processes for accuracy, reporting, and complianceSupervise a Payroll & Benefits Administrator and serve as a subject-matter expert across HR systemsOversee certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and state-mandated leavesEnsure full legal compliance with FLSA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and other employment regulationsBackground That Fits
5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, and HR operations, preferably in a multi-state or compliance-heavy environmentBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting—or equivalent experienceProven mastery of Paylocity (required)Strong command of federal / state labor laws and experience with certified payrollExperience in benefits plan design and broker selectionHighly organized, discreet, process-driven, and passionate about supporting teams behind the scenesonsite
